Canadian Nationalist Party in the news

The RCMP is trying to portray selling a coin one owns as an intellectual property violation. Shame on them. They should be investigating terrorist groups like Antifa instead of persecuting patriots.

The Canadian Nationalist Party has not sold merchandise which carries an active trademark or copyright.

If the coin was never listed as for sale, then Travis needs to make that explicitly clear.

I see nothing wrong with selling a used coin. Surely it's not illegal. Coin collectors do it all the time.

If the coin WAS listed for sale, then Travis shouldn't use Clintonesque 'it depends what the definition of is is' wizardry. He should say 'Yes, it was listed for sale. I did nothing wrong by listing it for sale. But because I'm being harassed by the RCMP I have taken it off the website and it was never sold.'

Also, if the hats and shirts aren't copyrighted you should probably do that.
