Christianity doesn't compel anyone to action for anything, turn the other cheek obey the government that God supposedly put before you. According to the pagans you had to earn the presence of their Gods, through good work and action. Until we return to our TRUE roots nothing will change at all.
And that's more or less why I cannot stand the churches. The bible makes it pretty clear that you have to earn the presence of God through good work and action. Your fight is more with churchianity not christianity. Churches aren't christian, they are usually cults.

Quote
Cultural Christian? What is that exactly? You like the culture that Christianity brings but not the underlying spiritual vocation?

Cultural Christian means someone who is agnostic, atheist, or deist who understands that Christianity and it’s values are a central component of Western culture. They tend to be social conservatives and traditionalists.

I am a strict Evangelical, Unitarian, semi-Fundamentalist, restorationist, Christian. (Don’t ask for a denomination) (No porn, no premarital sex, no LGBT, no abortion, no excessive drinking, no recreational drugs, no obscene language, no night clubs, no extreme sports)

I think traditionalist Catholics will be a great support, especially those from the Knights of Columbus.
Small towns and cities away from major cities are a great place to gain attraction.

As far as Canada is concerned, I think it would be best if Canada had a Christian civic religion (not an actual religion) that accommodated for non-Christians without promoting their beliefs. It is possible for Muslims and Religious Jews to coexist in a Christian system. I am not talking about Multi-faith, but we definitely need core unchanging laws regarding morality.

Why is Satanist an option? I hope the one guy who voted for that is joking. Otherwise I think we have a spy.

Mine is the European Canadian Faith.  It's a nationalist faith/folk faith.

We have faith in ourselves as a people, like the Jews.

Our sermons revolve around:

- The history of our people and the need to work as a tribe
- Our ancient folklores (Paganism, Christianity, etc) and new age concepts
- Philosophy, science, art
- Having fun (music, dance, comedy, building community and family)

Eventually, we'll have our own community centres/churches/hofs, and would work to obtain an European Canadian Act (similar to the Indian Act) which declares certain regions of Canada: "European Canadian Districts/Reserves".

Sounds interesting. Care to start a thread about it to expand on some key concepts?

There are different sects of christianity that dont believe in an authoritative figure in the church. They pass that to the state for what is morally acceptable. The church now follows the guides of outside influence, instead of influencing their community. Since they absolve themselves of responsibility and what the scripture says, they literally have fallen to the whims of their desires, such as what is a profitable message for the church to make the most money.

Naturalistic pantheist. I recommend the works of Ernst Haeckel for those who are interested.

I would say christian, but i am not very religious. I think spiritual is better to describe what i believe. I'm not sure if that has a name.

I do not practice any religion. But I have an interest in certain sects of Christianity.
